*This pricing assumes that your lawn is not overgrown beyond 6", that obstacles (ex: large objects, cars, dogs), and debris (ex: children's toys, trash, dog poop) have been removed from the lawn, and that overall the lawn is in acceptable condition to complete the selected scope of work. Additional Instructions for your Property:
Please use the Additional Instructions field to tell us about any pets you may have, or any other concerns or requests. Please see our Frequently Asked Questions for example subjects.
- What if my lawn is overgrown?
- If your lawn is longer than 6” today you can still order TaskEasy lawn mowing services. Tall grass takes longer to mow and is harder on the contractor’s machinery. Please let us know in advance so your contractor can bring the proper tools and schedule enough time for your yard. Your contractor may request a one time surcharge to cut your grass if it is in this condition. This surcharge will be submitted to you for approval before the job is scheduled.
- When will my lawn be mowed?
- After you place your order it typically takes 3-5 days to get you on a contractor’s schedule. During peak times it may take up to 7 days.
- I have a dog, is this a problem?
- Most contractors will ask that you secure your dog outside the work area and pick up your dog’s waste and toys before they arrive, this makes their job smoother and Rover won’t be hauling shredded tennis balls into the house after the job is done.
- Do I need to be home?
- You don’t need to be home when the contractor arrives but you should unlock any gates or access points before they arrive.
- Do you guarantee your service?
- Absolutely! If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the work, we give the contractor the opportunity to make it right.
- How do I pay for tasks?
- When you order a task online, you will provide credit card information. When the task is complete and you're satisfied with the results, the credit card on file will be charged and payment will be sent to the contractor.
- I want weekly lawn mowing. How often will I be charged?
- We'll charge your account each time you approve payment to your contractor, so weekly lawn mowing will be billed every week. You'll have two days after the contractor completes their work to approve the quality and payment.
- Do you do more than just lawn mowing?
- Yes, we do! If you’d like your contractor to perform additional work while they’re on your property you can add your request to the Additional Instructions box on this page and a customer service agent will get in touch with you about a quote for service. Tree trimming, general yard cleanup, fertilization, aeration and more are all options when you use TaskEasy.
