Take Before Photos

Good before photos will increase the chances of your overgrowth fees being approved. Use the photo sets in the app to take and upload all of the required photos to show the lawn is overgrown. Without photos, your overgrowth fee will be rejected.

All of our lawn mowing packages cover up to 6" of lawn growth. If the lawn exceeds an average of 6", we recommend using a tape measure or ruler to get the average length of the lawn – this will impact how much additional money you can be approved for.

After you have taken the before photos and verified that the length of the lawn is more than 6" on average, call TaskEasy for onsite approval. TaskEasy will review the photos you uploaded through the app and determine how much additional money you can be approved for. 

Note: Our main goal is to approve your overgrowth fee while you are onsite – however, there may be times we have to send your request to the customer for additional approval.
