- Debris Preventing Service
Have you ever pulled up to a property that is covered in trash and debris left from previous tenants or people working on the home and think to yourself, “how in the world am I supposed to mow this lawn?” Well, we’ve seen enough of these properties to know how to deal with them and have created a simple process to resolve the issue.
Assess The Property and Take Before Photos
Before completing any work, walk the property and document the condition by taking photos and uploading them to the task.
When taking before photos, make sure you are capturing multiple angles of the debris to give the customer an idea of what needs to be taken care of and where the debris is on the property.
Determine If The Debris Is Within The Scope Of Work
After the before photos are uploaded, determine the severity of the debris. If there are small amounts of yard debris and trash that won’t prevent you from completing the job, we ask that you pick them up and remove it from the property as part of the scope of work.
However, if the debris is accumulated throughout the property preventing proper service, we ask that you report this in the app and provide a bid.
Report Debris And Provide A Bid
-
Open the TaskEasy for Contractors App
-
Select the task you are reporting an issue about
-
Click on “Problem With This Property?”
-
Choose “Property Requires More or Less Work Than Expected”
-
In the comments section provide an itemized bid breakdown of the work that needs to be completed
-
Click “Submit”
After you report the issue, we will work with the customer to get your bid approved for additional work. Because this process can take anywhere from a day to a couple of weeks, we ask that you move forward with the other jobs on your schedule. We will contact you as soon as we hear back from the customer.
